Epic Games makes a fun gift to celebrate the holiday season. They offer 1 free game per day for 15 days. Epic Games keep each game a mystery until the day it is available. Well, they tried at least.
The contest started on December 6, Shingle III being the first finalist. The game was free from 11 am to 11 pm the next day, each following match nursing. It did not take long before leaks start trying to find out which games were going to be part of the gift.
Leaks propagated mainly via Reddit and Twitter. They were not quite accurate, but they are also right on some things. Pathfinder: Kingmaker was scheduled for December 24th, and it’s free today for example.
Some leaks predicted that Prey will be the next game part of the gift. Leaks have proved at least trustworthy, so it can be interesting to check. The games that have succeeded so far are Shingle 3, Neon Abyss, Remnant: From The ASHES, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Loop Hero, second extinction, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden and Vampire.
